We develop programs that educate employees to manage pain, prevent, and rehabilitate injuries. Participants learn to understand contributing factors to injuries and therapeutic exercises to reduce pain and improve posture. Training can be delivered on or off-site. Sometimes the solution to pain and tension can be as simple as adjusting workstation set up. We can provide a bio mechanical assessment of worksites so that you can make an informed decision as to how best to improve worker comfort and productivity. We
also provide fitness testing in accordance with the Canadian Physical
Activity and Fitness and Lifestyle Approach designed by CSEP. Please
