Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is among the oldest of all treatments used by man. A hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body including muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and connective tissue, Massage Therapy is an accepted and effective part of many physical rehabilitation programs and has proven beneficial to many chronic conditions such as low back pain, carpel tunnel syndrome, arthritis and bursitis. As well as rehabilitation, Massage Therapy may improve physical condition, relieve pain, facilitate relaxation, reduce stress, improve mental acuity and promote health.

British Columbia's Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) are among the highest trained in the world with 3000 hours of training. Many people are not aware that BC's RMTs are trained in a diverse range of modalities including therapeutic exercise and hydrotherapy.
